Busha is looking for a Business Development Manager to identify growth opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and drive revenue expansion in local and international markets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of business development experience in fintech, crypto, FX, or cross-border payments.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges, blockchain technology, remittances, and financial services.
- Established connections with banks, PSPs, FX liquidity providers, and government regulators.
- Ability to identify opportunities, execute go-to-market strategies, and drive revenue growth.
- Familiarity with compliance, AML policies, and global crypto/FX regulations.
- Proven track record of closing high value partnerships and driving B2B sales.
- Ability to analyze market trends, business performance, and competitive landscapes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for pitching, negotiating and stakeholder management.
