Requirements

• Central axis and turning point of the project
• Primary communication interface
• Link between customer, internal and external teams and stakeholders
• Control all project activities
• Ensure smooth project flow and transparent information flow
• Mediate between technical and commercial aspects
• Maintain systems and ensure timely filing
• Moderate coordination processes
• Plan regular project status meetings in the team and structure the Jour Fix with customers and stakeholders
• Ensure progress reports from the team are recorded and demand these in regular intervals
• Control the project budget and provide the team with the necessary data for invoicing
