Bureau Veritas Construction Services GmbH is looking for a Freelance Engineer/Technician (m/f/d) for Project Management TGA - Electrotechnics in Berlin, Hamburg, or Halle. The role involves project management, technical analysis, and contract management.
Requirements
- Completed engineering degree (Master/Diploma) or technician further education with a focus on electrotechnics
- Several years of professional experience in accompanying building and real estate projects, including planning experience in the respective field
- Experience with public building owners (m/w/d) and experience in procurement law
- Good knowledge of VOB, HOAI, AHO, and current, commonly recognized technical rules (DIN/VDI/etc.)
- Safe MS-Office knowledge, in particular MS Excel
- Experience with relevant time and cost control programs and AVA-/CAD-/BIM-software
- Good English skills in word and writing (B1) and fluent German skills (C2)
