Director of Operations

The Bug Master is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day service delivery, drive operational excellence, and ensure outstanding customer experiences across all locations.

Requirements

• Provide company-wide operations leadership: lead teams, establish clear KPIs, and drive accountability for service quality, efficiency, and financial performance.
• Develop and execute operational plans (annual, quarterly, monthly) to achieve revenue growth, gross margin targets, and company objectives.
• Deliver exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction through standardized processes and ongoing improvements.
• Coach, mentor, and develop technicians, service professionals, and field managers to build a high-performing team.
• Design, implement, and optimize operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline workflows.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to improve integration, workflow, and cost-effectiveness across departments.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and safety compliance while maintaining positive work environments.
