Job Description
Join Our Team as a Service Manager of Additional Services! We’re looking for a hands-on leader to guide a team of Additional Service Technicians providing specialty pest solutions like termite control, mosquito treatments, wildlife removal, and insulation services.
Requirements
- Interview, hire, onboard, and develop Additional Service Technicians through structured field training, ongoing coaching, and performance management.
- Lead quality control and safety efforts by conducting ride-alongs, auditing service tickets, inspecting trucks and equipment, and ensuring compliance with company standards and state and local regulations.
- Own customer experience for Additional Services by auditing customer accounts, resolving service issues and complaints, reviewing online feedback, and administering coaching or documentation as needed.
