Requirements
- Be enrolled in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
- Have 20 hours of work per week and be enrolled for at least 2 semesters or longer
- Bring first work experience in the field of HR/personnel management, preferably in a digital or e-commerce environment
- Have an affinity for digitalization, automation, and HR technologies
- Have good German and good English skills
- Have experience handling Google Workspace (G-Suite)
- Have a developed service mindset, diligence, organizational skills, and a good eye for data quality and detail accuracy
