Job Description
Cloud Upgrade Specialist for the HRMS suite responsible for planning, execution, and management of cloud upgrade implementations. Customer-facing role combining technical and functional skills to upgrade customers from on-premises software to cloud-based software.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to manage projects concurrently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn new material
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and ability to follow through
- Basic SQL Knowledge is preferred but not required
