Senior Project Manager (Water/Wastewater)

Brown and Caldwell has an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our Nashville office to support our water and wastewater business and client connections. In this role, you will maintain and develop client relationships, connect BC solutions to client needs, lead project teams in quality project delivery, and guide procurement stages leading to new opportunities.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in related engineering field (Civil, Environmental etc.)
• Professional Engineer registration in the State of Tennessee or ability to obtain via reciprocity within six months
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in consulting and engineering services in the environmental sector
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification as defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI)
• Successful marketing, proposal writing, proposal management, and public presentations experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to motivate others and lead teams to implement plans for projects and client pursuits
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
