Project Manager/Senior Project Manager (Water/Wastewater Engineering)

Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager with successful experience in Water/Wastewater project delivery to join the Texas team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering work in the state of Texas and a desire to continue to help the firm build and foster long lasting client relationships.

Requirements

• B.S. degree required, in related engineering field (Mechanical, Civil, Environmental)
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively increasing responsibility in related experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas or ability to obtain PE Registration within 6 months of hire
• Demonstrated strong project management skills; PMP certification a plus
• Successful marketing, proposal writing, proposal management, and public presentations experience a plus
• Successful record of delivering projects on schedule, budget and meeting the client’s expectations
• Strong written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to conduct effective presentations and written report preparation
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
