Brown and Caldwell is looking for a senior-level Engineer to join the waste market sector team within our Private Sector Business Unit, and will report to our Andover, Massachusetts office location to support our clients in the Northeast and throughout the U.S.
Requirements
- BS Degree in Engineering or Science (Civil, Environmental, or related field) required; MS degree preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of directly applicable experience as described above.
- PE certification required in state of MA or ability to receive reciprocity.
- Knowledge of Federal and State environmental regulations is required.
- Excellent technical skills with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts both visually and contextually essential.
- Candidate will have strong verbal/written communication skills and ability to work well independently and in team environments.
- Technical expertise with solid waste permitting, design, and construction.
- Excellent communication, report writing, computer (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project / task management skills required; experience with MS Project a plus.
- Capable of producing high quality products on schedule and within budgets.
- Candidate should be able to pursue, win and execute work in a team setting.
