Job Description
Brooks is seeking a Footwear Product Development Manager to drive footwear development from concept to commercialization, managing projects within a US-based team and global factories in Asia. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging innovative manufacturing techniques, and leading a project team with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about footwear and committed to supporting the Brooks company culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Design, Biomechanics, or related field.
- 7+ years experience in product development of Athletic Footwear.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Technical expertise in footwear product development, process, project management, costing, and manufacturing.
