Job Description
Brooks is seeking a Footwear Product Developer II to leverage technical expertise and drive innovation in the development of technical running footwear. The role involves leading execution of New Upper/Tooling projects, overseeing manufacturing processes, and ensuring product excellence. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial for success in this position.
Requirements
- Lead execution of New Upper/Tooling Projects.
- Oversee and manage multiple projects from Insights gathering to Commercialization.
- Deliver on Brooks Fit, Feel, Ride principles and goals.
- Plan and execute project development according to seasonal critical dates.
- Partner with and influence vendors and factories.
- Mentor more junior team members.
- Create and build a knowledge base.
