Human Resource Coordinator/ Specialist, Full-time

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused HR Coordinator/Specialist to join our HR team. The role will support the daily operations of the HR department, serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable first point of contact for employees, and play a key role in keeping our people processes running smoothly.

Requirements

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ related work experience required
• Working knowledge and understanding of human resource principles, practices and employment laws
• High level of integrity and professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality paramount
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships and interact with employees at all levels of the organization
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven time management abilities with success meeting deadlines
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including basic Excel
