Requirements
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to manage all aspects of our benefit programs
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and plan documents
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and external partners, providing timely, accurate and empathetic support for benefits-related inquiries
- Assist in the development and delivery of benefit communications and education initiatives
- Remain current in employee benefits and wellbeing arena through reading, webinars, on-line education and other means
