Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in the insurance or mutual fund industry
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional technology or systems integration projects
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Solid business analysis skills
- Experience working with operations functions such as data processing, programming, and tabulation
