Broadridge is seeking an Integrated Platform Project Manager to lead the client onboarding process, ensure a seamless experience, and define onboarding frameworks. The role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a field; master's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 5+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation management, or platform integration roles within a technology-driven or SaaS environment
- Demonstrated experience leading complex stakeholder onboarding or implementation projects
- Strong understanding of system integration concepts, data onboarding, configuration management, and client readiness processes
- Excellent project management skills, with familiarity using tools such as Jira, or Smartsheet
- Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities, with confidence interfacing at all organizational levels
- Proven problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
