Job Description
Briggs & Stratton is seeking a passionate and technically-skilled Senior Manager of Engineering to plan and organize activities for a new Engineering group. The role focuses on developing and leading new product engineering, research and development, manufacturing technologies, and process improvement initiatives. This position involves team leadership, process management, and customer relationship building.
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in relevant engineering areas, including battery management systems and motor controls.
- 3+ years managing and leading a team.
- Strong project management, supervisory and team building skills.
- Advanced understanding of engineering, testing and manufacturing processes.
- Fluent in English.
