Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a full-time engineering management role leading product teams
- Experience managing teams of 15-20+ engineers with direct reports who are managers or team leads
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi-team projects successfully
- Experience developing or driving engineering-wide initiatives such as recruiting processes or career frameworks
- Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and influence effectively under ambiguity
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and grow engineering talent while maintaining a high-performance culture
