Job Description
Breuninger is seeking a Real Estate Objective Manager to monitor and coordinate the technical facility operations, including maintenance, inspection, and service provider performance. The role involves collaboration with external specialists, support to object leadership, and maintenance of technical documentation. It's a hands-on position focused on efficient operations and adherence to best practices.
Requirements
- Completed technical training (m/f/d) – ideally in electrical or process engineering.
- At least one to several years of experience in technical facility operations, facility management, or in company support.
- In-sector knowledge (HKLS, electricity, MSR, fire protection etc.)
- Self-sufficient and structured work with high responsibility.
- Safe use of MS Office, with experience with CAFM systems.
