Job Description
MVGM is seeking a Technical Property Manager to join their Property Management Team. The role involves managing commercial and residential real estate, conducting inspections, managing repairs and maintenance, and negotiating contracts. MVGM is a leading property management company with operations in Germany and Europe.
Requirements
- Technical training in the real estate sector (e.g. real estate sales representative, electrician, mechanic, electronics technician, mechanic)
- Completed degree (Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Real Estate Management, Bachelor, Master)
- Several years of professional experience in technical support of real estate
- Safe handling of MS Office applications
- Fluid German language skills
