Job Description
Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP is seeking an ambitious Litigation Attorney to join their award-winning team in their Newport Beach headquarters. The role offers hands-on experience handling various litigation matters, including wrongful death, premises liability, and construction disputes. Collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth are emphasized. A strong communication and advocacy skill set are required.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in civil litigation in a law firm environment.
- Skilled in conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and responding to discovery.
- Experience taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and attending mediations.
- Exceptional communication and advocacy skills along with a client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Current admission to the California State Bar is required.
