Job Description
Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their award-winning team. This role offers hands-on experience handling litigation matters in areas like wrongful death, premises liability, and more, with opportunities for professional growth and collaboration with experienced partners. The firm is a mid-sized law firm recognized for its strong reputation and commitment to legal excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience handling civil litigation matters in a law firm environment.
- Experience conducting legal research, reviewing and analyzing documents, and drafting briefs on complex legal issues.
- Proficiency with preparing pleadings, propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, attending mediations, as well as interfacing directly with clients and opposing counsel.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Current admission to the State Bar of California is required.
