Breakaway Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of employee operations, including payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and HR systems, while supporting hiring and employee lifecycle processes across the company.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in HR operations, people operations, or HR management
- Experience managing payroll for employees and contractors
- Experience administering benefits and HR systems (Rippling preferred)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance
- Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization
