Job Description
BRC is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Production Supervisor to lead and motivate a team of production workers on an afternoon shift. The role involves coordinating production activities, monitoring team performance, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards in a dynamic office furniture environment. The company emphasizes inclusivity, diversity, and positive work experiences.
Requirements
- A minimum of secondary school diploma; ideally a college diploma and/or a Supervisory Certificate.
- At least two (2) years of Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing operations and techniques including Lean, 5S.
- Proficient with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Proven ability to focus on the Customer.
- Ability to achieve results and perform work with energy and drive.
- Knowledge of Product quality and good production methods.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations.
- Ability to use hand tools and operate warehouse equipment.
