Job Description
Tayco is seeking an ambitious Production Supervisor to lead and motivate a team of production workers. The company is a modern office furniture manufacturer focused on delivering a high-quality customer experience. This role involves coordinating daily activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and contributing to team growth within a thriving, engaging company.
Requirements
- Supervisory style and values aligned with Tayco’s core values.
- Secondary school diploma, college diploma, or supervisor certificate.
- Minimum of 3 years of production experience (furniture or similar environment preferred).
- Proficiency in hand tools.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, Lean, 5S, and ISO 9001-2008.
- Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel).
- Proven ability to achieve results and work with energy.
- Ability to focus on the Customer
