Requirements
- Experienced in administering and architecting Atlassian Cloud platforms (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence) at enterprise scale
- Skilled at engaging business leaders to design and implement solutions that balance flexibility, scalability, and compliance
- Proficient in workflow design, automation, and system governance aligned with ITSM and ITGC frameworks
- Experienced in SOX compliance, quarterly access reviews, and maintaining audit evidence
- Excellent communicator capable of influencing stakeholders and simplifying complex technical concepts
- Passionate about operational maturity, continuous improvement, and building systems that enable efficiency and accountability
