Requirements
- Administering and architecting Atlassian Cloud platforms (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence) at enterprise scale
- Engaging business leaders to design and implement solutions that balance flexibility, scalability, and compliance
- Workflow design, automation, and system governance aligned with ITSM and ITGC frameworks
- SOX compliance, quarterly access reviews, and maintaining audit evidence
- Leading change management activities and ensuring platform stability and documentation integrity
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
