Job Description
The Technician Manager East is responsible for providing technical leadership for Controls Technicians in the eastern portion of North Carolina. This position will work closely with the Controls Field Team Leader, controls technicians, project management and engineering to oversee programming, checkout and commissioning tasks, and provide mentorship for team members.
Requirements
- Provide feedback to controls engineering group during controls submittal development
- Review and provide feedback for sequence of operations during the engineering phase of assigned projects
- Create and/or oversee the creation of program site databases, graphics, and associated programming
- Act as primary technical resource and mentor for Controls Technicians
- Oversee and/or perform internal commissioning for projects residing in Eastern NC
- Represent Brady during 3rd party commissioning on assigned projects
- Collaborate with all Associates to uphold the company's mission and values
- Evaluate area safety needs/requirements to provide feedback and recommendations to service technicians
