Controls Service Technician

We are seeking a Controls Service Technician to provide technician support for Building Automation Systems (BAS), service contracts, monitoring contracts, system upgrade, facility up-fits, and controls related time and material jobs.

Requirements

• Responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform timely preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers
• Maintain Building Automation Systems by inspecting Trend Logs, Reports, Time of Day Schedules, Applications, Hardware and Programming
