Pediatric Gastroenterologist

Provides special medical and surgical care to Boys Town National Research Hospital patients and referral patients. Provides direct medical and surgical care and participates as a member of the multi-disciplinary clinic teams.

Requirements

• Possess a Doctor of Medicine Degree from an accredited medical school
• Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, and in gastroenterology and nutrition from the American Board of Pediatrics Sub-board in Pediatric Gastroenterology
• Possess or be able to attain medical licensure in the State of Nebraska
• Have, or be able to qualify for, a Creighton University Medical School faculty appointment in the Department of Pediatrics and be able to qualify for clinical hospital privileges
• Minimum of three years pediatric residency training and additional training in gastroenterology, hepatology, and nutrition, including medical research and treatment of infants, children, and teens with digestive, liver, and nutritional disorders
