Teen Development Specialist

The Teen Development Specialist will provide positive and engaging environments for teens at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Capital Area. This role involves supervising teens, facilitating programs, fostering personal growth, and modeling positive behavior. The position requires a model of responsibility, leadership, and care.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• CPR and First Aid certifications (preferred within 6 months of hire date)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Google Office Suite or related software
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Basic computer skills
