Boys & Girls Clubs of the Capital Area Inc. is a nonprofit organization serving youth and families in Albany and Rensselaer counties by offering a range of educational and recreational programs, including Universal Pre-Kindergarten, afterschool activities, summer camps, and teen services that promote academic, emotional, and physical development.

After School Program Counselor - Youth Development Professional (Albany)
High school diploma or GED. 18+ years of age. Youth development experience preferred. Certifications in safety and first aid are required. OCFS background checks are mandatory
UPK Teaching Assistant - Floating Part-time (Albany)
Associate's degree in early childhood education preferred. Experience working with young children is desirable. CPR/First Aid and background check required
UPK Teaching Assistant (Albany)
Associate's degree preferred. 3-4 year experience in early childhood setting. CPR & First Aid certification is preferred

Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field. 1+ year of youth teaching experience. CPR/First Aid and a valid NYS teaching certification are required

Associate's degree preferred, prior experience in early childhood education, and current CA Teaching Certification/enrollment. CPR/First Aid certification is required
