Regional Vice President of Operations - California Water Parks & Family Entertainment Centers

Regional Vice President of Operations responsible for ensuring revenue and cash flow growth through effective management and development of associates and managers. Oversees District and Area Managers in designated region, providing strategic direction and leadership.

Requirements

• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain District and Area Managers
• Identify and act on unique training and development needs of District and Area Managers
• Communicate, monitor, and deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) with District and Area Managers
• Ensure a world-class guest experience by executing Operating and Service Standards
• Manage execution of seasonal price changes, weekly specials, and promotions
• Develop annual business plans and ensure accountability to Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
• Evaluate financial performance and implement effective action plans
• Develop a sales culture amongst District and Area Managers
