Regional Vice President of Operations - California Water Parks & Family Entertainment Centers. Responsible for maximizing revenue and cash flow growth through effective management and development of associates and managers. Provides strategic direction and leadership to the team of District and Area Managers.

Requirements

• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain District and Area Managers
• Identify and act on the unique training and development needs of District and Area Managers
• Communicate, monitor, and deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) with District and Area Managers
• Ensure a world-class guest experience
• Manage the execution of seasonal price changes, weekly specials, and various promotions
• Develop annual business plans and ensure that District and Area Managers are given specific goals to achieve
• Evaluate financial performance and ensure District and Area Managers are involved in establishing and implementing effective action plans
• Develop a sales culture amongst District and Area Managers
• Ensure adherence to Operating Standards for water safety, lifeguard certification, food safety, sanitation, ride maintenance, alcohol service, and all local/state/federal safety regulations
