Associate Director of Sales, Enterprise

Establish and lead the sales team at Boston Dynamics, drive pipeline growth, and navigate complex sales with strategic end customers. Balance sales operations work with management and have experience working in hardware/software sales to early adopters.

Requirements

• Refine and implement scalable and repeatable sales processes
• Lead a team of hunters to target and penetrate into enterprise accounts
• Partner with the Marketing team to convert sales leads into long-term customers
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support resources
• Support the pricing strategy together with the finance team
