Digital Finance Advisor (Capital)

Bosta is looking for a Digital Finance Advisor to drive sales of financing products through outbound and inbound calls. The role requires meeting monthly sales targets, maintaining accurate CRM records, and working closely with internal teams to support client onboarding and issue resolution.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of telesales experience, preferably in fintech, banking or financial services
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Basic understanding of financial products and digital finance platforms
• Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CRM systems and structured sales processes
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
