Collection Specialist (Capital)

The Collection Specialist is responsible for ensuring timely loan repayments and maintaining a healthy portfolio quality for Bosta Capital. The role involves monitoring overdue accounts, conducting follow-ups, negotiating repayment plans, and coordinating with loan officers.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of microfinance lending principles and credit assessment.
• Very Good in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer-service orientation.
• 1-3 years of experience in loan collections, credit control, microfinance, banking, or related roles.
