Engine Expert

Boskalis is seeking an Engine Expert to provide technical support, project management, and strategic advice for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of main propulsion engines. The role involves diagnosing complex engine issues, managing repair projects, and building relationships with engine manufacturers and service providers.

Requirements

• Marine Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification
• Former chief engineer or sr. service engineer with hands-on experience on multiple engine types
• Proven track record in managing 4-stroke marine engine and auxiliary systems overhauls and troubleshooting
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, communication and organizational skills
• Entrepreneurial approach to cost control and risk mitigation
• Good command of written and spoken English
