Sales Support Specialist

Bongards' Creameries is seeking a dedicated, organized, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as the Sales Support Specialist at our Corporate Office in Chanhassen, MN. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and plays a key part in developing and executing sales and trade strategies with key customers in partnership with the sales organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major (Marketing, Finance and/or Business preferred)
• 2-4 years of experience, preferably within the food manufacturing or CPG industry
• Analytical background with prior trade program working knowledge preferred
• Good project and time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and influencing skills are required in order to articulate programs and execute plans
• Strong leadership capabilities and critical thinking skills
• Strong organizational skills, good project and time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and as a team leader to meet organizational goals
