Sales Support Specialist I - Chicago

This Sales Support Specialist I role will focus on supporting Rheem's sales efforts and expanding its presence in the Menard’s territory. The position involves training sales teams, managing events, providing product and merchandising support, and collaborating with teams to drive sales growth. The role is field-based within a designated territory, primarily in the Chicago area.

Requirements

• Participate in sales events including new store openings, lunch, and product demos.
• Develop and support regional and local activities to grow sales.
• Collaborate with training and sales teams on product launches and new programs.
• Assist in planning and executing sales strategies.
• Maintain relationships with store teams and Sales Support Manager for customer handoffs.
• Coordinate schedules to support market reports.
• Maintain plumber relations and active engagements.
