Job Description
Boldr is seeking a Team Captain to manage day-to-day team operations, identify growth opportunities, and provide coaching and training. The ideal candidate is passionate about client relationships, analytical, and able to multitask and prioritize.
Requirements
- Three years of supervisory experience in a related field
- Experience supporting SaaS products or troubleshooting experience
- General understanding of content moderation
- Intermediate knowledge of CRM systems
- Intermediate knowledge of cloud-based applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand and communicate complex ideas
- Aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology
