Requirements
- Advanced degree preferred including PhD, Master of Science or Master of Business Administration
- Several years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience in sales and marketing roles - regional or global assignments.
- Several years of experience in HCP marketing, brand management, and product launches.
- Track record of creating impactful HCP campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and loyalty.
- Product launch experience, particularly on a global basis, would be a strong plus
- Additional professional experience in sales and/or market research/market access preferred
- Strong ability to lead and influence others across large cross functional projects
- Excellent strategic capabilities and analytical skills
- Exceptional customer focus with experience of gathering and working with deep customer insights to drive dynamic brand strategies and tactics
- Intrapreneurship, leadership and proven ability to deliver results in difficult conditions
