We're looking for a (Senior) International Product Manager who can bring consumer marketing expertise, digital-first thinking, and brand storytelling skills to create campaigns that resonate emotionally and drive engagement globally.
Requirements
- Advanced degree preferred including PhD, Master of Science or Master of Business Administration
- Several years of experience in consumer marketing, brand management, and product launches – regional and global
- Track record of creating emotionally resonant campaigns that drive engagement and loyalty
- Experience with omnichannel campaign management, influencer marketing, and digital performance optimization
- Product launch experience, particularly on a global basis, would be a strong plus
- Additional professional experience in sales and/or market research/market access preferred
- Strong ability to lead and influence others across large cross functional projects
- Excellent strategic capabilities and analytical skills
- Exceptional customer focus with experience of gathering and working with deep customer insights to drive dynamic brand strategies and tactics
- Ability to apply behavioral science and consumer psychology principles to improve engagement and adherence
- Intrapreneurship, leadership and proven ability to deliver results in difficult conditions
