Job Description
Bobbie is seeking a Controller to manage the financial reporting for their omni-channel infant formula manufacturing business. This role involves internal and external reporting, consolidation, closing, analytical support, process improvement, and team development. The Controller will work closely with external accounting partners and internal stakeholders and ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of accounting experience with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role as a Controller
- Deep expertise in NetSuite and the ability to optimize platform to meet business needs
- Strong commercial experience in an omni-channel environment
- CPA required
- MBA strongly preferred
- Proven ability to develop and implement robust accounting policies and controls
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling a team
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
