Job Description
BNY is a leading global financial services company seeking a Vice President, Client Service Management to join their Wealth Management team. This hybrid role focuses on serving clients, developing service strategies, and ensuring high client satisfaction. The position requires collaboration with internal stakeholders, clients, and analytics to drive service improvement and ensure client success in building wealth across generations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with MBA preferred
- 5-7 years of total work experience with at least 0-1 year of management experience preferred
- Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred
