BNY is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Corporate Actions team in New York. This role involves managing a team, coordinating with internal departments and external parties, and reviewing files for compliance. The ideal candidate will have a background in corporate actions, settlements, or risk management.

Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with Corporate actions required
• Prior experience with Settlements or Risk Management preferred
• Prior management / financial services experience preferred
• Bachelors degree preferred
