Senior Associate, Corporate Actions

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our Corporate Actions Department. In this role, you'll make an impact in corporate action-related custody and accounting processing requirements, manage risk and liability, and collaborate with teams to ensure corporate action events are addressed appropriately.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in financial services or corporate actions preferred.
• Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
