Senior Solutions Engineer – Business Applications

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or similar business systems roles
• 5+ years of experience with order fulfillment processes or supply chain execution
• 5+ years of advanced Excel experience for analysis, reporting, and data validation
• 5+ years of project management experience, managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
• Experience performing data analysis, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and quickly learn evolving processes or systems
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable tasks
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to troubleshoot operational or system issues and support complex business processes
