BlueCat is hiring an HR Coordinator to provide HR support to employees and managers across global offices. The successful candidate will lead new hire onboarding, manage off-boarding, and ensure HRIS system meets organizational needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources, Finance Statistics, Information Management
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally with HRIS and other HR systems
- Experience with BambooHR (definite asset)
- Experience with Canadian and US benefits administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A collaborative nature and the ability to build effective relationships with all levels of the organization
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Proven ability to work independently to achieve results
- Exceptional organization and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail
