Instructional Designer - ADDIE

Blue Yonder is seeking an Instructional Designer to create training materials that boost learning retention. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating both classroom training and eLearning modules, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Captivate, HTML, and other relevant authoring tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience of at least 3 to 6 years in creating instructor-led training and interactive e-learning courses, grounded in solid Instructional Design methodologies.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools, including Adobe Captivate, TechSmith Camtasia Studio, SnagIt, and basic graphic editing.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Subject Matter Experts.
• Strong skills in MS Office and the ability to quickly grasp software-related content.
• Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal abilities.
